Experts have called for more efforts to help lift service consumption, as the National Quality Month — first launched in 1978 — started its activities in September at the arrangement of the State Administration for Market Regulation with other related departments.
Deng Wei, vice-chairman and secretary general of China Council for Brand Development, said amid service consumption upgrade, services brands are a key support for improving quality of products and services, and SAMR unit CCBD will help promote the leapfrog development of service brands.
CCBD and Peking University co-held an event on Sept 16 to boost the high-end, and international development of service brands in China.
